Nothing contained on the Site or in any Mavtech Group product or service shall be construed as granting any licence, right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by Mavtech Group unless expressly stated in writing.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
Without the prior written consent of Mavtech Group, no person may:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content, materials, or intellectual property belonging to Mavtech Group;
- copy or reproduce any product photographs, product specifications, marketing materials, catalogues, manuals, documentation, graphics, videos, website content, or other copyrighted materials belonging to Mavtech Group;
- use any Mavtech Group trademark, trade name, logo, branding, product name, domain name, or other distinctive brand identifier in any manner that may cause confusion as to source, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive the source code, architecture, structure, or underlying technology of any software, system, platform, or application owned or licensed by Mavtech Group, except where permitted by applicable law;
- create derivative works based on any software, documentation, content, designs, or other intellectual property belonging to Mavtech Group;
- remove, alter, conceal, or interfere with any copyright notice, trademark notice, proprietary notice, watermark, serial number, or other identifier contained in Mavtech Group materials;
- use, reproduce, or publish any confidential, proprietary, or non-public information obtained from Mavtech Group without written authorisation; or
- misrepresent any product, service, website, system, or technology as being associated with, approved by, supplied by, or affiliated with Mavtech Group when such association does not exist.
3.3 Product and System Replication
Mavtech Group invests substantial resources in developing its products, systems, software, technical documentation, and proprietary business solutions.
No person may reproduce, substantially copy, adapt, or commercially exploit any protected software, copyrighted materials, technical documentation, proprietary designs, confidential information, trade secrets, or other intellectual property belonging to Mavtech Group.
Nothing in these Terms shall prevent lawful competition or the independent development of products or services that do not infringe the intellectual property rights or confidential information of Mavtech Group.
3.4 Reporting Infringement
Mavtech Group reserves the right to investigate any suspected infringement of its intellectual property rights and to take any action available under applicable law. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of Mavtech Group intellectual property, including the unauthorised use of product images, website content, trademarks, software, documentation, or other proprietary materials, you should notify Mavtech Group immediately at: theomavro@mavtechusa.com
3.5 Enforcement and Remedies
Any unauthorised use of Mavtech Group intellectual property may result in legal action, including applications for interdicts, claims for damages, recovery of legal costs, removal of infringing content, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
Mavtech Group expressly reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
4. User Content
4.1 Submission: You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or upload content to the Site, such as comments or feedback (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content.
4.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers
