Central Tire Inflation System  (Dynamic)

Mavtech’s Tire Pressure Control system (CTIS) allows users to easily set tire pressures while their vehicles are in motion.

MODE FUNCTIONS

Terrain Mode

ROAD, OFF ROAD, SAND and EMERGENCY. Each of these pressures are software adjustable to suit your specific requirements.

Load Mode

FULL, HALF, QUARTER, EMPTY. Each of these selections are also software adjustable to compensate for vehicle loading.

Over Speed Mode

There are two selections:

  1. PASSIVE where an alarm is indicated when a preset vehicle speed is exceeded while operating on a low tire pressure.
  2. ACTIVE mode will automatically increase tire pressures as the vehicle speed increases without a driver’s input.

Tire Pressure Control System (TPC-S) is a system which is designed to regulate tire pressure manually. Tire pressures can only be set when the vehicle is stationary.

DRIVELINE CONTROL SYSTEM

The system may be used to centrally control the various driveline functions on modern off-road vehicles. Safety interlocking of various sub-systems can easily be achieved. Differential locks, high / low range selection may be inhibited while the vehicle is in motion. The Driveline Control Devices may be utlized to select sequence and control differential locks on multi axle vehicles. Transfer case lockup selection as well as high/low range gear selections are also catered for. Control signals may be via hard wired driver consol selection or via CAN Bus (J1939).
